What is floor making and why is floor making important?
Making the floor is the first step to help us get a feel for what the actual space will be like when preparing to start construction.
In fact, smooth layout drawings or super-wide 3D perspective drawings will not be able to depict all the distances, nooks and crannies, and the actual campus. Sometimes we see on the map that it is very wide, but it is not so wide.
Many Customers have skipped this step because they think that what the drawing looks like, the reality will be like that. The design consulting units are also subjective and do not have the attention for Customers.
We have experienced and have a lot of experience in this matter. If You implement and work closely with the Customer at this stage of making the floor, it will save a lot of time and save a lot of money for later adjustments. Since most of the Customers when taking over the floor making, They are surprised why it is this way, why it is that way and adjust it in time. Because sometimes what Customers imagine is like and until they see the reality, They find out, it is not quite right.
